CHROFI is pleased to take its masterplan for the former Channel 9 site forward with Mirvac in the delivery of 460 premium residences.

CHROFI is collaborating with Mirvac Design and McGregor Coxall to provide full design services that includes a collection of ten high-quality boutique buildings and over 6000m2 of public open space.

With demolition underway already, CHROFI is excited to continue our work in 2021 with this exceptional team as we move into design development and construction.
